What is Capyba?
Capyba is shared company memory and cost intelligence for AI text and coding workflows. It keeps source-linked knowledge current, prepares the context a task needs and compares changes against quality and total cost.
Is Capyba available today?
Capyba is launching soon. Request early access to discuss your team’s workflow, sources and access needs.
Where do I start?
Start with either of two journeys: find and reuse company knowledge, or find AI waste worth fixing. Both use the same sources, permissions, versions and task evidence. You can use company memory without supplying cost traces.
Does it cover both text and code?
Yes. Text and code use acceptance checks suited to the work. An accepted task meets explicit criteria, such as a reviewed answer or passing tests. Evidence for one task does not automatically establish a result for another.
What does the 17% result mean?
The team reports 17% savings in local testing. This is a scoped local observation, not a general customer result or a competitor comparison. The public evidence does not specify the savings metric, baseline or quality checks; read the evidence page for its scope.
How does Capyba measure savings?
Capyba measures the cost of accepted work, including failed attempts, cache behaviour, tool use and relevant operating overhead. Estimated opportunities, controlled comparisons and observed savings remain separate. Missing cost data stays visible.
Does using fewer tokens always save money?
No. Cache behaviour, model prices, retries and the quality of the result change the economics. For a subscription, an improvement can increase usable capacity without reducing the bill.
Can Capyba tell which document caused an agent to fail?
Capyba connects source-use evidence, conflicts and controlled comparisons so a team can investigate a failure. A conflicting source alone does not prove causation. A causal conclusion needs evidence that isolates the effect of the change.
Why does a team use this after its first cleanup?
The context changes after the first improvement. New decisions replace old ones, sources grow, model economics change and permissions are revoked. Capyba maintains the knowledge, prepares current context and evaluates changes against the work they affect.
What integrations does Capyba cover?
Capyba’s 300+ integration catalogue connects company knowledge across collaboration, meetings, documents, projects, email, CRM, support and commerce. The product is launching soon. The integrations page highlights 20 named products and their scope; import-only paths remain distinct from live connections.
Can I use the context in my existing agent?
Portable context packs, supported adapters and scoped MCP access bring company knowledge into supported workflows. A context pack contains selected evidence and instructions for a task and destination. Compatibility depends on the connection; Capyba does not rewrite every agent’s private native memory.
How is this different from a memory engine?
Capyba connects reusable company knowledge to task-specific context, reviewable changes and cost and quality evaluation. The same evidence trail helps a team decide what knowledge to use and which improvements to keep.
Does Capyba replace enterprise search or a coding editor?
Capyba works with supported tools to provide company context and cost intelligence. Source applications remain systems of record, and authoritative issue status stays in the project tool.
How does it handle private information?
Source permissions and declared processing routes define the boundary for each connection. Local Private, Confidential Cloud and Managed Connector Cloud have different processing boundaries. Select the route and scope appropriate to the data; do not assume every integration keeps plaintext within the same boundary.
Can I inspect or reverse a change?
Yes. Review the proposed diff, preserve protected instructions, approve the scope of the change and compare outcomes before keeping it. Rollback restores the prior version when the change introduces a regression.
What happens when information is old or conflicts?
Company memory keeps source evidence, ownership, review status and replacements with each record. Consequential changes go through authorised review. Unresolved conflicts remain visible, and source changes flag dependent knowledge and context for review.
Can I export or delete information?
Capyba supports export and deletion within the account’s access scope. Deletion and revocation apply to derived records and context under Capyba’s control. Copies exported to other systems remain subject to those systems and their owners.
How does Capyba keep a growing archive useful?
Incremental updates, duplicate detection, reuse and bounded retrieval reduce unnecessary processing. Maintenance accounts for ingestion, updates, retrieval and recovery, so the cost of keeping knowledge useful is part of the evaluation.
What does Capyba cost?
Contact the team to discuss pricing and the scope of your workflow. An evaluation considers the cost of Capyba alongside the useful work and savings it delivers.
