What you choose to send.
The form asks for your name, email, reason for contacting us and message. You may also provide your company or project, role, workflow, AI tools, knowledge sources and a requested integration. A submission records the time, contact consent, optional product-news consent and notice version.
Please do not send API keys, passwords, confidential prompts, private documents or sensitive customer information.
Why it is collected.
The Capyba team uses the information to assess your request, discuss an early workflow, respond to a founder or general enquiry, or handle a privacy request. Product-news consent is separate, optional and unchecked by default.
Submitting the form does not send an automatic email or create an account. It saves your request for the team to review.
Where the information goes.
Requests are stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database through Sites hosting. The website and database are operated through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Access to saved submissions is restricted to the site owner’s management tools; there is no public submission list or retrieval endpoint.
This website does not connect to your business tools or pass form content to an AI model. Hosting providers may process technical request data to deliver and protect the site.
Browser preferences and abuse protection.
The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts are included in this build.
To limit automated submissions, the server may temporarily store a hashed network-address fingerprint tied to an hourly window. The application does not store the raw network address in the enquiry database. Expired rate-limit records are cleared during subsequent submissions.
Retention and your choices.
Submitted information stays in the enquiry database until the Capyba team removes it following a request or an operational review. No fixed deletion schedule is configured for this website.
You can ask to access, correct or delete a submission, or withdraw product-news consent, using the privacy request form. Include your request reference if available. The team may need to verify the request before changing or disclosing information.
Changes to this notice.
If we change what this website collects or how it is used, we will update this notice. Capyba product use and connected-source processing are covered by their own applicable privacy information.
